The 11-month comprehensive training program consisted of three trainings, and three internship periods, and a symposium. AAHU CMC 2011 Graduates introduced mobilization campaigns to change the HIV epidemic in their local Black communities. Their efforts included mobilizing senior citizens, young people, the house ball community, stakeholders, rehabilitated substance abusers, and faith based organizations in HIV prevention and treatment. Fellows came from across the country to complete the intensive training program.
