New Research Explores HIV Racial Disparities Among Black MSM

We've all seen the statistics showing that Black MSM are more likely to become HIV positive than White MSM. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, in 2015 the rate of HIV diagnoses for Black men was nearly eight times the rate among White men.

Time to take HIV medication
More Americans with HIV are sticking with medications that turn a fatal disease into a manageable condition, a new study shows.
"This represents a lot of people who are not dying and not infecting others," said study corresponding author Ira Wilson, chair of Brown University's Health Services Policy and Practice Department, in Providence, R.I.
