Survey in New York State: Are You HIV Positive?

If you are HIV positive and live in New York State, take the Leadership Training Institute needs assessment survey! The Leadership Training Institute (LTI) Needs Assessment survey will be taking place until November 1st for people in New York State living with HIV. The findings from the survey will enhance LTI's delivery of a state-of-the-art healthcare self-management training.

LTI, which is a program of CAI (www.caiglobal.org), was the first program in New York State devoted exclusively to providing trainings by and for people living with HIV and AIDS (PWHA). The ultimate aim of the program is to improve health outcomes for PWHA. If you are HIV positive and living in New York State, we encourage you to take the survey. If you complete the survey prior to October 18th you will be eligible to win a $100 gift card. If you complete it between October 19th and November 1st, you will be eligible to win a $50 gift card.
