Celebrating Black Voices' One Year Anniversary for NBHAAD

Black Voices bloggers Venton Jones, Ken Williams, Guy Anthony, Anthony Roberts Jr., Meico Whitlock, Patrick Ingram and Kahlib Barton

As we commemorate National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day on February 7, we are proud to mark the one-year anniversary of the AIDS.gov Black Voices blog. This blog series is part of a continuing effort to shed light on important social media and HIV-related topics for the community, by the community.

In addition to reflecting on HIV/AIDS Awareness Days, the Black Voices bloggers have covered a series of topics that support our long-term efforts of addressing HIV disparities among Black men who have sex with men (MSM). In observance of #NBHAAD, we revisit the conversations of the past year from our seven Black Voices bloggers.
